| Its grim up North! Another success for the 'Punisher' campaign by Head First Communications Ltd was a series of images taken for the games publisher THQ for use in PR and magazine editorial. The carefully selected locations around Manchester reflect the grim and gritty nature of the games. Thankfully the symbolic blood-like skulls were quickly washed away with the Manchester rain before rumours started and traffic wardens became really alarmed! click here for a closer look |
| Hey aren't you famous? Photographing Changing Rooms TV celebrity Anna Ryder Richardson up in Glasgow for the launch of a new range of designer toilet tissue was a hilarious occasion. The LS Group commissioned the images for packaging, editorial and point of sale material. As expected Anna exerted her own special humour during the shoot, making the whole occasion fun and relaxing - an important consideration for capturing the right moment. click here for a closer look |
| Night tracks Here is an image that I took last year that still remains one of my favourite images of recent times. Coming back from Doncaster, on one of those rare late afternoons with clear sunny skies I noticed how the sunlight created a wonderful effect across the railway tracks. With careful exposure and additional camera filters I caught the shot, just before the sun disappeared behind the clouds for good. Hope you like it too. click here for a closer look |
